In order to put a claim or if you want to return something, please follow this
procedure:
1. Select and copy in your browser this information:
INVOICE (Invoice Number and Date)
CUSTOMER DATA (Name, email, Phone Number)
PRODUCT DATA (Code and Name)
Then go to the section Contact us and paste the information you hve copied before,
In the subject put: Return
After that, explain the causes in the body and send it through our mail web
Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
In compliance with ‘Distance Selling Regulations 2000’ you have the right to cancel
your order any time from the date of ordering right up until 7 days after the goods
are received without giving a reason. If the order has already been dispatched
(in transit) or received, you the customer are responsible for the cost of returning
any unwanted goods, unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part.
This charge, if not already paid by you, will be deducted prior to making any refund due.
